Ptarmigan House 39 is a fantastic, ski-in/ski-out condo that sits just a few steps from the slopes and base area of Steamboat Ski Resort. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers plenty of space for winter ski vacations and summer trips to the mountains alike, with a large living area where you can relax on plush furnishings, scroll through the offerings on the flatscreen TV, and toast your toes in the warmth of the floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large granite peninsula for quick breakfasts and apres-ski snacks, while the spacious balcony off the living area offers great views of the Yampa Valley.
