It's true - you really can walk just 100 yards to the Breck Connect Gondola, as well as to the Skyway Skiway Trail! After a beautiful day on the mountain, build a warming fire in the wood-burning fireplace, enjoy a glass of wine in the comfortable family room or dining area, and finish a bit of remote work at the roll-top desk. This condo also comes with access to a seasonal pool, and hot tubs. There's something for everyone to enjoy!

The full Breckenridge Ski Resort is just over a mile away, offering access to five different peaks, après ski restaurants and venues, and the delightful Rejuvenation Spa. In summer, enjoy four-wheel tours, mountain biking, and scenic walks on the Burro Trail - which passes through meadows and forest before connecting to the Spruce Creek Trail - just under a mile away.
