Make long-lasting memories at this ski-in/ski-out townhome near the slopes of the Wisp Resort. You'll be able to ski right out the back door onto the Down Under run. Featuring three levels full of incredible amenities and comfort, you'll definitely want to come back! The main entrance to the home will take you to the first level out of three. Here, you'll have a small, yet well-equipped living area with a sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a bunk bed, the laundry room, a baseboard heat unit, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Climb the stairs and you'll find yourself in the second and main level of the home. The living room invites group gathering with a sectional sofa, an armchair, baseboard heating, partial A/C, a plethora of board games, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace - an ideal spot for movie and trivia nights, or simply to unwind. Off the living room is the private, furnished deck. Here you'll find a firepit surrounded by four chairs and a private gas grill. The dining table seats up to six people comfortably, but if you need more space, there's a small, two-person table right next to the window in the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it features all the essentials to prepare unforgettable and tasteful meals and snacks for everyone.

The third and upper level of the home features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have convenient balconies, flatscreen TVs, ceiling fans, and baseboard heat units. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos and only one of them is ensuite.

• The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Quiet Time begins at 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Firewood is not provided.
• A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• This property is ski-in/ski-out. Please check trail maps and snow reports for current conditions and trail openings
