The neighborhood:
Waikoloa Fairway Villas is close to the shops, golf, and shoreline of Waikoloa Beach Resort. Kings' Shops is only a quarter-mile south for restaurants, coffee, and the weekly farmers market, while Anaeho'omalu Bay is nearby for a beach day or sunset walk. The Waikoloa Beach Golf Course is less than a mile away, and the Kohala Coast's lava fields and fishponds make even a short drive scenic. It is a convenient base for couples and small families who want golf, beach access, and easy dinner plans.

Getting around:
Kona International Airport (KOA) is roughly 20 to 30 minutes from Waikoloa along the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended for beaches, restaurants, and resort shopping. Some dining and shops within Waikoloa Beach Resort are walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or at local properties.
