Entertainment

The basement level is where the fun lives. A foosball table, air hockey table, Nintendo Switch (Super Mario Smash Bros included), and a 65" Vizio Smart TV make it the kind of space where kids and adults both disappear for hours. Upstairs and on the main floor, every bedroom has its own TV so everyone gets their own space to wind down. A full library of board games and books rounds out the options for those slower, rainy-day afternoons.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is stocked well beyond the basics. You'll find a full knife block, cutting boards, mixing bowls, a roasting pan, baking pans, a crockpot, blender, and a coffee maker - everything you need to cook real meals. Cookware covers the essentials: frying pan, saucepan, stockpot, and colander. Dishware and glassware (including wine glasses) are scaled to your group size. A dishwasher makes cleanup easy.

Technology

Five smart TVs are spread across the property - a 65" in the basement, a 50" in the main living room, a 42" in the main floor bedroom, a 30" in the top floor left bedroom, and a 50" in the top floor right bedroom. All have streaming via Roku or built-in smart platforms. WiFi is provided through a high-speed connection with an eero mesh network and extenders in the basement and top floor right bedroom for solid coverage throughout.

Outdoor

The back deck holds a propane grill with all burners working, cover, and a full tank ready to go. One level down on the back patio, the propane fire pit hooks into its own tank - no hauling wood required. Mountain and tree views set the backdrop whether you're grilling at dusk or lingering around the fire after dark.

Laundry

A full-size washer and dryer are available on-site - ideal for longer stays or post-ski laundry days.

Community Amenities

As part of the Northridge at Camelback community, guests have access to tennis courts and the pool (seasonal) located at the HOA building on Quail Lane.

Parking is on a paved parking area that fits 2 cars. The roads are steep and narrow, so keep that in mind when arriving- 4WD is strongly encouraged for winter stays. Overflow parking and the garbage compactor are located on Camelback Drive, directly across from the HOA building on Quail Lane.

Tannersville puts you right in the heart of the Poconos - ski trails, waterparks, outlet shopping, and mountain lakes are all within minutes of the front door.

Just a quick note about the community pool during your stay.
The pool is located at the HOA building at 115 Quail Lane, Tannersville, PA 18372. Simply check in with the pool attendant upon arrival and they'll get you set up!
A few things to keep in mind:
Only registered guests may use the pool. No additional guests will be permitted.
The pool is only available from June 12 through September 7, 2026. No access outside of these dates.
Pool Season: June 12 through August 29, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Final Week: August 30 through September 7, 2026 (Labor Day) from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pool access is not available on your check-out day.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.

HOA REQUIREMENT
Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.
If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled. Any cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy and the listing's terms.

Other things to note:
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.
