Inviting creekfront condo w/shared pool, hot tub & fitness center - near skiing

This one-bedroom (plus loft) Frisco vacation rental with a shared fitness center, hot tub, and pool is the perfect place for a family to go for their next mountain getaway!

This condo is located in the beautiful Mountain Side community situated in the Ten Mile Range, with easy access to town and an abundance of other ski areas.

Head into the cozy living room where there is ample sofa space for everyone to relax. Curl up with a good magazine or turn on the cable TV to catch up on your favorite reality show! When the sun is shining, you may decide to head out onto the balcony to take in the breathtaking views of the creek. There's even a fireplace for keeping the place warm and toasty. With the kitchen just off the living room, you don't need to go far in order to grab a quick snack.

The kitchen has everything you need in order to whip up some scrambled eggs in the morning or simmer a big pot of potato soup on the stovetop. You'll also find a coffeemaker for plenty of hot coffee in the morning, a dishwasher for easy clean up, and a microwave when a frozen burrito may do just the trick to curb your hunger.

When the kids are ready to hit the hay after a long day running around, they'll find plenty of comfort in the bedroom. In here, there are wooden bunk beds with a twin on top and a queen bed on the bottom, so it's also well-suited for an extra couple. The parents will enjoy sleeping in the bright and airy loft area where they'll find a queen bed and a cozy quilt to snuggle under on those chilly Frisco nights. This house will easily accommodate up to seven guests with the pull out couch in the living room.

Staying in the Mountain Side Condo community means you'll have access to the clubhouse where you'll find a sauna, hot tubs, an indoor heated pool (as well as indoor hot tubs), racquetball court, tennis court, and more! Additional amenities include access to a laundry area, WiFi for staying in touch with work or friends (although you may not be able to pick up a signal back at the condo itself), and cable television. You'll be living in luxury here!

You'll be within walking distance to Main Street where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to appease any interest, Dillon Lake Marina where you can embark on a sailing trip, kayaking adventures or just hit the food market there. Head to Breckenridge where you can hit the bike path that goes all the way to Vail via Copper Mountain.

Whether summer or winter, this Summit County vacation rental is at the center of it all!

Very comfortable condo with all amenities only 10 minutes away from Copper Mountain.

We stayed two weeks for a ski race camp in Copper. I loved the location. It was very well priced. Nice layout. It's, well, efficient! Had more than enough towels and was well equipped. It's mid-90's modern and the loft bed, I'm pretty sure, is a double.

We love the location - mountain views and really close to Main Street and the bike trail. The hot tub is great, and so close to this unit. We had a minor access glitch and got it figured out with a phone call right away. The unit is clean and well appointed, though don't be like us and fail to notice is DOESN"T have wifi! We managed with my Xfinity account (and probably should have stayed wifi-free anyway!).

Beautiful view with the creek flowing in the background made it so relaxing, home was perfect and felt “homey”. Highly recommend.

Great weekend stay

Close to hiking and to town. The hot tubs outside were amazing!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very comfortable, with the only complaint was that the apartment was on the 3rd floor, with three flights of stairs... a little bit of a jaunt carrying coolers up 3 full flights.

Perfect location, close to everything!
Rob L. Apr 2017
Nice little spot close to the hot tubs with all you need for a vacation.
Ann W. Mar 2017
This place worked well for a few days of skiing with our son and daughter in-law. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes so we could eat in for some meals. Could use new mattresses on the beds, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Close to the hut tub and swimming pool

Great location! Beautiful view and wonderful amenities. James Ring was such a great help!

Perfect for our family of 4. The kids had the bedroom and we had the loft. This is a third floor walkup, so keep that in mind. Ski season might be a little tough to walk up those stairs, but it was very quite, only neighbors on one side. It also was right next to the club house, so you could see how busy it was before heading to the hot tub. This condo unit was in a great location. Right next to the bike trail and hiking trails, and about a 6 block walk to downtown Frisco. We will definitely stay here again. The only issue the kids had was no wifi, but it was good for them to have a weekend free of tech.

Not Bad-Not Great. Ample parking and very close to club house was a plus. No internet in condo, which is not a problem for most. But most newer devices have cloud base operating systems.

Frisco is an excellent little town, with happy people everywhere we went. Awesome vacation destination. Great food and shopping.
Susan L. Mar 2016
Convenient, yet quiet and off the main streets. Be sure to bring your own hair dryer, humidifier and firewood. Hot tubs and pools were crowded after skiing but plenty of space before that time. Underground parking was very convenient - kept the snow and ice off.

We loved our stay at MountainSide. The location was perfect. We went to Keystone and Copper to snowboard. It was about 10 mixtures from each place. The unit was in good condition and had everything we were looking for! The unit we stayed in was very close to the 3 outdoor hot tubs which we used daily!

Clean and well appointed.

I only wish that there was an elevator. 3 flights of stairs was killer.

Our family of 6 loved this condo and complex! Yes, the condo is on the 3rd floor, but the mountain views combined with great star gazing while listening to the rolling creek, made up for any inconvenience (which we did not cosnider an inconvenience ). The building is located right next to the pool and hot tubs. We did a little shopping in Frisco and everyone was nice. We ate at a couple of restaurants that we were fantastic. There is also a Starbucks store in town (do not go to the one inside Safeway ) that makes a wonderful wake-up coffee.

It's a 3rd story unit without elevator so it can be exhausting going up the stairs if you aren't accustom to the altitude, but it's in a great location for the city and the condos. Very close to the club-house (can't get closer). The hot tubs in the clubhouse were so relaxing. Overall, a good unit but nothing fancy about it.

We were thrilled to find how well-stocked this little condo was, down to the shampoo/ conditioner/body wash and even lotion in the bathroom. The kitchen was particularly well-stocked with cooking supplies. We really could--and did--just move in and live well out of the condo. It was a very short drive into Frisco, which has a number of restaurant options. Close to Breckenridge and Copper Mtn, but also just a little ways to Vail and Beaver Creek. Wonderful 6-day stay! We'll be back!

No matter the season, Frisco and the Mountainside properties go hand in hand. The Mountainside properties are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and the owners and property managers are very helpful and accommodating. You can't go wrong when staying anywhere in Frisco and Mountainside has been our family favorite.
