The home itself was great. Lovely home, no issues and we enjoyed our stay there.
Our issues were w/ the Vacasa experience. I was emailed late, the night before my stay not to arrive. I received no text notification of any issues, and my Vacasa account had no mention of it. I called, day of my reservation and they had to escalate to a supervisor, to find out any issues. They said I could go, if I chose, but there could be issues with the home and power due to a recent storm. They notified us that we could go, late in the afternoon, causing us to have a very late arrival. When we arrived we had no issues w/ power and everything was fine.
Upon arrival, the drive way was not plowed and we had to park in the street. We also had to walk in deep snow to get to the house and unload our luggage. Later, Shaver Lake Sheriffs department came later and told us that we could not leave our vehicles in the street. By morning the driveway was plowed, but we potentially could have gotten a citation / tow.
When we arrived, there were also were several bags of trash by the front door. We assume it was from the previous tenants / renters. They were not picked up / taken out during our stay, causing an odor by the door.
Again, Great Home! Would definitely stay again. Terrible Vacasa Experience.

We enjoyed our our stay. Town was only 5 minutes away and Heather the property manager was always checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Highly recommend them.

Home was great size and worked perfect for multigenerational family, including the babysitter. Nice location close to town. Had most amenities one would expect, except we needed a hairdryer! Heather at Vacasa was very responsive and made sure we had gas for the BBQ as it was missing. Nice decks and outdoor space, although we didn't use much because it was winter; would be great in the summer. Plenty of towels, liked the quality of soap and shampoo, etc. but would prefer better quality of sheets. Overall an enjoyable experience, and our young grandchildren had a great time.
