Recreation passes for pool and tennis are $30 per week per person or $10 per person per day. They may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guest will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. FEES ARE CHARGED BY THE HOA AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
