All tenants must abide by all Regulations that any and all tenants that are driving must have a valid driver’s license and valid vehicle registration or they will be refused entry to the Community.
Pet-friendly. Max of 2 dogs (up to 25 lbs). There is a pet fee of $25 per pet per night.
