Welcome to Stonehaven, a lakefront family home nestled in a private cove on the most desirable part of Lake Rabun, with breathtaking views and everything you need for an unforgettable North Georgia getaway.
Step outside and you'll never run out of things to do without leaving the property. Spend the day on the water swimming, fishing, or exploring the lake with the included paddleboard and kayaks. Back on land, challenge the family to a round of pickleball or basketball on the private court, gather around the fire pit for s'mores under the stars, or simply relax on the spacious covered boathouse deck.
Inside, sun-filled living areas with elegant decor offer plenty of room to spread out. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large island, perfect for cooking together, and a Big Green Egg on the deck makes outdoor grilling, smoking, and more a breeze. When it's time to unwind, curl up by one of two wood-burning fireplaces, or head to the downstairs game room for ping-pong, billiards, or a movie night. A spacious master on main includes a private office and spa-like bathroom with jetted tub and steam shower. An additional four king bedrooms, plus a bedroom with four twins and a bedroom with two twins, offer ample sleeping arrangements for large gatherings. End the evening on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the light fade beyond the pines.
One of Stonehaven's desirable features is its location. The Lake Rabun Hotel and Max's Pizza & Swing Bar, the only restaurants on the lake, are only a five-minute walk from the front door. Need a boat, water sport rentals, or a snack? Hall's Boat House is right there too. For day trips, Tallulah Gorge State Park, Hurricane Falls, and Black Rock Mountain State Park are all within 15 miles, offering world-class hiking and scenery.
Additional amenities include a Pack 'n Play, central air conditioning, streaming on all TVs (bring your account credentials), a washer/dryer, parking for 5 vehicles, and a dual-plug Level 2 EV charger.
