Bedroom 4 offers a queen bed, a quiet spot for grandparents or another couple.

Bedroom 5 is the kids' headquarters, with a vaulted ceiling, gray bunk beds with a trundle, and a canoe poster on the wall. Two doubles and four singles make it the place for cousins and friends to stay up whispering long after lights out.

Bedroom 6 combines a king bed with two single beds, ideal for parents traveling with older kids or teens.

The loft adds two sofas for overflow sleeping beneath its vaulted ceiling, and the second living room provides a double bed, with four extra pull-out mattresses on hand for even more flexibility. Around the bedrooms you'll find ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings, a desk for anyone who needs to check in with work, and one room with a large window looking past the deck railing to blue lake water and rolling hills.

Bathrooms
Four full bathrooms keep busy mornings moving. One showcases a glass walk-in shower wrapped in marble-look tile, with a granite vanity and brass faucet. Another features a light wood vanity, a gilded mirror, and a tall shelf of stacked white towels beneath a sloped ceiling.

The remaining two baths pair white vanities with granite countertops and brass faucets, and each offers a bathtub and shower combo, perfect for bath time with the kids, beneath lake-themed canoe art and a cheerful Live Love Lake sign.

Living Areas
The main living room is bright and open, with two gray sofas, Lake House pillows, and a gas fireplace topped by a wall-mounted TV. Large windows and glass doors look straight out to the lake, so the view is part of every movie night.

Upstairs, the loft wraps everyone into an oversized tan sectional piled with colorful pillows, with a vaulted ceiling, a rustic wood beam, and windows over the water. A railing overlooks the floor below, keeping the whole group connected.

Kitchen & Dining
Two full kitchens, upper and lower, mean breakfast for a crowd is never a bottleneck. The main kitchen is crisp and white, with stainless appliances, tall pantry cabinets, and a big granite island with seating for five, while a sliding door offers a glimpse of the lake as you cook.

The second kitchen has a long breakfast bar with wooden stools, pendant lighting, and a warm cedar ceiling beam, and a wine cooler keeps drinks chilled for the evening. Gather everyone at the long farmhouse table with bench seating, set before sliding glass doors that frame the lake and mountains, or grab a casual meal at the dining nook beside a sunny window decorated with paddles.

Game Room
When it's time to come inside, the game room keeps the competition going. Beach, Lawn & Fire Pit
A grassy path leads from the home to the turquoise water, where over 80 feet of private beach awaits. Launch the provided kayaks and paddleboards, build castles in the sand pit, or hop on the bikes for a ride around town.

Back at the house, the concrete patio opens onto a wide lawn with a picnic table under a striped umbrella and blue Adirondack chairs circling the fire pit. Fire up the Traeger smoker grill for a feast, then linger as the sunset paints the sky and the moon rises over the lake. The covered balcony and deck upstairs are made for quiet mornings and golden-hour views of the bay and mountains.

The home sits right on the shore of Bear Lake in Garden City, with green lawns, open fields, and a mountain backdrop all around. Garden City Park and Heritage Park, where Raspberry Days and other festivals take place, are less than half a mile away, along with pond fishing and pickleball. Bear Lake State Park, Hunter's Point, and Bear Lake West Golf Course are all within six miles.

A car is the easiest way to explore the Bear Lake area, and the driveway fits up to 7 vehicles. The provided bikes make it easy to reach the nearby parks, pond, and pickleball courts. In winter, roads around Bear Lake and on the way to Beaver Mountain can be snowy and icy, so plan extra travel time and bring a vehicle with good tires, ideally four-wheel or all-wheel drive.
