A hot tub makes for easy evening soaks, and a firepit sets the scene for cooler nights under the stars. An outdoor dining area with a BBQ beside it is ready for weekend cookouts and group dinners, while yard games keep everyone entertained. A sliding door from the dining and game room opens straight onto the space, so the indoor fun flows easily outside.

Step inside and be welcomed by a bright, modern interior with fresh finishes and all new furnishings. The living room, just off the entryway, features a large window that fills the room with natural light, a fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and cozy seating, a perfect spot to unwind. Just beyond, the kitchen is a showpiece, with all stainless steel appliances, a large island with counter seating for 3, and an additional comfortable seating area. On the other side of the kitchen, the dining area has a large table and chairs for up to 6 guests. This same room is the fun zone, with a pool table, a flatscreen TV beside it, a desk space for working on the go, and games for guests to enjoy. A half bathroom is conveniently located here as well. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and plenty of natural light keep the whole home comfortable all year long.

Sol Escape comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 1 has two queen beds and a flatscreen TV, ideal for friends or families traveling together. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. A guest bathroom with dual vanity sinks and another beautiful walk-in shower serves the guest bedrooms, and a half bathroom rounds out the 2.5 bathrooms in total.

The Location

Sol Escape places you in Central Phoenix, in the Melrose District and Uptown area, one of the city's most walkable and vibrant pockets. Local restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood favorites are close by, including the shops and dining at Uptown Plaza. Downtown Phoenix is a short drive away, with the Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, Chase Field, and Footprint Center all within easy reach, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is also close. It is a great home base for sports, concerts, dining, and everything Phoenix has to offer.
