The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a little breakfast table with 2 chairs, plus a door out to the back patio. On the other side of the dining area and kitchen, the living room has a spacious sectional, a flatscreen TV, and a sliding door to the back patio that fills the space with sunlight. A hallway off the living room has a desk space and leads to an additional seating area with a record player and a wet bar. A half bathroom serves the common areas. Central air conditioning and high-speed WiFi are included.
