Studio in South Lake Tahoe, California
OVERVIEW
Freshly Remodeled in 2026 | Lakeland Village, South Lake Tahoe
Freshly remodeled in 2026, this modern Lakeland Village loft is centrally located in one of South Lake Tahoe’s best areas for experiencing everything the lake and mountains have to offer. It’s a comfortable and convenient home base for couples, friends and small families in every season.
Walk through the resort to Lakeland Village’s private beach and pier, explore nearby Ski Run Marina and Heavenly Village, or take Heavenly’s complimentary ski shuttle directly from the front of the resort—avoiding mountain traffic and parking fees.
The open loft comfortably sleeps up to four guests, with a king bed upstairs and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The redesigned kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, contemporary cabinetry and soft under-island lighting for a warm evening atmosphere. Convenient USB and USB-C charging ports are available throughout the condo.
Start your morning with your choice of K-Cup or freshly brewed drip coffee, then enjoy it on the peaceful, tree-framed balcony. After a full Tahoe day, relax beside the fireplace or settle in for movie night with the oversized 85-inch smart TV and soundbar.
Thoughtful seasonal extras make your stay easier. During summer, four beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and foldable wagon are provided for the short walk to the private sandy beach. During winter, boot and glove dryers help keep your gear warm, dry and ready for the mountain.
Seasonal rentals are conveniently available at Lakeland Village, including skis and snowboards in winter and kayaks and paddleboards during summer—making it easier to enjoy Tahoe without transporting equipment around town.
Lakeland Village offers two outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, shared grills and lakeside fire pits—perfect for gathering beneath the stars and making s’mores after a day of adventure. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the first floor of the main lodge, nearly below the condo.
One resort parking permit is included. Limited covered parking beneath the lodge is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional permitted parking elsewhere on the property.
Whole Foods, coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. Ski Run Marina—anchored by Riva Grill and Artemis Lakefront Café—offers waterfront dining, boat and watercraft rentals, fishing excursions and sightseeing cruises toward Emerald Bay. Enjoy wine and a memorable Tahoe sunset at The Idle Hour or catch live music at nearby Elements Eatery.
Heavenly Village—with its gondola, dining, shopping and entertainment—is only minutes away, making Lakeland Village one of the area’s best centrally located bases for exploring South Lake Tahoe.
Whether your ideal Tahoe escape includes skiing, hiking, paddling, biking, cruising the lake, listening to live music or simply sharing a quiet evening together, this modern Lakeland Village retreat provides a comfortable, thoughtfully equipped and exceptionally located place to experience it all.
