Inside, the home features a bright, open living space with water views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a queen bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor. A cozy loft with a futon and writing desk overlooks the living area, creating the perfect spot to read, work remotely, or unwind. The lower level offers an entertainment room with a Smart TV, two additional bedrooms, a half bathroom, laundry, and walkout access to a stone patio with outdoor dining.
The Boathouse is ideally located just minutes from downtown Bath, Brunswick, the Maine Maritime Museum, Popham Beach, and Reid State Park. Guests will enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, mini-split air conditioning and heat, a propane grill, linens and towels, and a private waterfront setting perfect for reconnecting with nature.
Please note that dogs are not permitted, there is no dishwasher, and the dock rests in mud at low tide before becoming accessible again as the tide returns.
