- The detached garage apartment is occasionally owner-occupied.

- BOATING: Boat trailers are not to be parked at the property at any time and can be stored at the public boat launch. There is a public boat launch half a mile from the cottage. The home has three lights on the lakeside: red, white, and blue for easy visibility from the lake when out in a boat.

- there is no ice fishing, snowmobiles, or ATVs allowed at this property at any time. Violating this rule you will be asked to leave without a refund.
