The Pacific Ocean, with great surfing and a gorgeous beach, is just two short blocks away.

This second-level duplex is unique with spectacular views of the beach and boats in the harbor from your living room, well-equipped, full kitchen, or dining area. This newly renovated retreat has a spacious living area and a comfortable seating cluster for you all to settle in. Sliders to the outside balcony allow you to enjoy inside/outside living. Here you can dine al fresco during your stay while you enjoy the lights as they sparkle from the bay. View fireworks during the Fourth of July Boat Parade and the spectacular Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade, which turns directly in front of this home. Anytime you can just relax and recharge in this comfortable location between your various adventures. The barbecue grill makes cooking easy when it needs to be.
