Although this unit is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the beach. This prime beachside locale is a half a block from the Amtrak rails and near the 101 freeway, and passing trains may occasionally be heard. Earplugs are provided if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping.
