Welcome to the ski getaway of your dreams! This third-floor condo is a Gold-rated loft retreat with perhaps the best views of the mountains surrounding Breckenridge, both front and back, of any condominium in Pine Ridge. It has a beautiful view of Peak 9 from the living room, and of Baldy Mountain from the primary suite and guest bedroom. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and bright, sunny windows. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a fully enclosed loft that is furnished with two beds and a bunk bed. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom and a TV with a DVD player. Building 1 is the closest building to town and during the winter has the Christy Sports ski rental shop right on the first floor.
When you book this charming condo, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

- This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
