The spacious living area is filled with natural light and offers comfortable seating, a Roku TV for relaxing evenings, and plenty of room to gather after a day at the beach. Guests will also find books, games, DVDs, and cable television available throughout the condo for additional entertainment during their stay.
The unique two-story layout provides added privacy and space. The upstairs primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, while the downstairs bedroom features its own private half-balcony overlooking the parking area with beautiful bay views—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day while watching the sunset.
For your convenience, a private beach locker is available for guest use and is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and sand toys, making it easy to enjoy a fun-filled day on the sand without having to pack your own equipment.
Guests can enjoy access to fantastic resort-style amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, and direct beach access just steps away. Things to Know:
Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Please be aware that the bayside balcony will be closed during this time period. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.
Guests may park anywhere. A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Parking permits and registration is only seasonal and only required between May and mid September. If booking outside of this timeframe, you do not need to abide by the above and are welcome to park anywhere.
Parking permits can be obtained at the Coastal Resort office located in the lobby on the right hand side. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 am the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted. Parking permits MUST be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense
Additional Parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
