Therefore, we can not guarantee Towamensing Trails amenities will be open and/or available to you during your visit. Amenities such as the pool, peddle boat rentals, lake, game-room, etc. can close for various reasons outside of our control. By booking with us, you are acknowledging community amenities could be closed during your stay

- NOTE: The air conditioner is only available Memorial Day through Labor Day

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces.
