The lower level will be the hub for gathering with friends and family in the living room for a movie night, yet you can also host a special dinner by whipping up a favorite recipe in the full kitchen! Come summer, you can step out to the private patio and breathe in the fresh air. Plus, peace and quiet are easy to find with all three bedrooms located upstairs away from the rest of the home.
