In the warmer months, guests can take their pick of boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or simply lounging in the sun. Venturing into the main drag of South Lake Tahoe will also be a treat with a wide variety of shops and local eateries. And come winter, fresh snow will be calling your name at Heavenly Mountain Resort just under two miles from home base.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
