ABOUT THE CHALET

After a fun-filled day of mountain adventures, relax in the welcoming living room. Sink into the comfy sectional with a hot chocolate and watch a movie on you favorite App on the 55-inch TV.

The well-equipped kitchen features gleaming granite counters and a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher.

A second living space/den can also double as a fourth bedroom, complete with a full-size sofa bed. Kids love to tuck away in this room, outfitted with a 42in flat-screen TV. Double doors lead to a fenced yard with a view of the mountains.

Downstairs, the first bedroom has a twin bed and full bed. A remodeled bath on this level offers a tub/shower combination.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs. One has a king bed, while the other has a queen bed and a charming twin daybed. These two bedrooms share a second bathroom, which has a glass walk-in shower.

THINGS TO KNOW

This home does not have air-conditioning, although it is rarely needed with Tahoe's mild summer weather. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms also ensure a pleasant breeze. The fireplace is not operational.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
