Learn about the area's history and wildlife at the High Desert Museum, or opt to check out downtown Bend's many restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. When the area is covered in a blanket of snow, shred the slopes at Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort and Hoodoo Ski Area.
Without having to go very far, you'll have access to a variety of on-site, SHARC amenities such as pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a golf course.
