Bring your golf clubs, as you'll be just a quick drive to the many public golf courses. Bike or take a morning jog less than three miles into the Village at Sunriver for a bite to eat and a stroll around the shops. This home also includes full access to Sunriver Fitness and Aquatics thanks to your SHARC passes, making it a good place to cool off during the summertime!

In winter, when you're not on the mountain, you'll have a delightful wood stove fireplace to warm your toes. A cable TV and WiFi will keep you connected, while the spacious, furnished deck will keep nature lovers happy. In the morning, sip coffee on the deck and watch for deer passing through the yard. Later on, fire up the gas grill for a family BBQ.

The bright and airy kitchen features tiled counters and a cute island for serving snacks. Dine more formally around the spacious table, which is next to the deck's sliding glass doors so you can let in the summer breeze on hot days. You'll stay cool inside with central air conditioning. After dinner, you can freshen up your vacation wardrobe with the washer and dryer while you soak in the hot tub!

Hiking or skiing on your vacation will take a lot out of you, so you'll be grateful for the three cozy bedrooms with space for all of your guests. This home also includes access to Sunriver Fitness and Aquatics, a fitness facility on the north end of Sunriver that includes cardio and weight training, an indoor pool, rock wall, and half-court basketball gym (flowrider admission is extra).

The upstairs main bedroom boasts private access to the sunny deck. A small flat screen TV is in here as well, letting parents catch up on the news or their favorite late-night shows. Two bottom floor bedrooms offer a queen-size bed each, and one of them even has a futon and a TV to make it a great room for kids.

Two full bathrooms and a powder room allow for guests sleeping in any area of the house to have their turn at privacy. The gorgeous updated bathroom has a deep soaking tub, a separate standing shower, and double sinks.

Within 20 miles of downtown Bend and Mt. Bachelor, this is a central location for Oregon vacations. A scenic drive through Willamette National Forest will get you to skiing during winter.

Sunriver is home to 40 miles of paved trails, stables, two golf courses, and more. SHARC (eight passes are provided) offers pools, water slides, and sports courts, so there's something for everyone!
