The unique Mediterranean-style entry opens on to a beautiful upscale living room with soaring ceilings, a grand fireplace, and a 60' flatscreen TV to make entertaining a breeze. Outdoors, the pool and spa (can be heated for a fee), firepit, and areas for lounging offer everything you need for perfect days of relaxing in the sun or long evening gatherings. And for sleeping options, four private bedrooms offer unparalleled luxury to pamper each guest. The main suite features pool access and a wonderful spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower. Things to Know

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
