Prepare quick snacks or full-course meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at a table for six inside or out in its east-facing backyard. Kick back, relax, and spin some records in the central living area, or set up at the desk in the back bedroom, ideal for remote work or schooling (high-speed WiFi is provided). The Urban Ranch champions sustainability with its eco-sustainable landscape, rainwater catchment, and greywater systems. So close to the restaurants downtown and the hikes in Sabino Canyon, you can return to this beautifully landscaped yard in a quiet neighborhood and enjoy a peaceful evening.

Find yourself in a great central Tucson location that is convenient to everything! Just a mile from your door, visit the Tucson Botanical Gardens with its amazing live butterfly exhibit. The ranch is also within a mile of the city's incredible 131-mile bike loop, running along the city's Rillito River path. Being less than four miles from the University of Arizona makes this home excellent for visiting your students. Downtown Tucson is six miles away where you can browse the galleries at the Tucson Museum of Art, sample some of the many popular restaurants, and do a little shopping.
