OVERVIEW
Elegant Flagstaff Golf Club estate with exquisite views, fireplace
Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club Estate | 5BR/5BA Luxury Retreat
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Valid photo ID required at check-in.
A custom-built tribute to elevated Arizona living, this fully furnished single-level estate sits on a private 0.71-acre cul-de-sac lot overlooking two fairways and the signature 18th hole at Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club. At 3,899 square feet, the home offers five bedrooms, five baths, and a sense of scale rarely found in a vacation rental — soaring 25-foot cathedral ceilings in the Great Room, 10-foot ceilings throughout, and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplace as the home's centerpiece.
The chef's kitchen is outfitted with premium Thermador appliances, equally suited to a quiet family breakfast or entertaining a crowd. Three of the five bedrooms are generous en-suite retreats, and the interiors throughout are finished with ambient lighting, designer furniture, and tasteful decor.
Step outside to a covered patio that runs the full length of the home, framing unobstructed, panoramic fairway views and cool mountain evenings. The outdoor living space — accessible from the kitchen, living room, or primary suite — includes a firepit, gas grill, Bose speakers, and cushioned lounge seating, all overlooking the golf course. A portable basketball court rounds out the outdoor fun for kids and adults alike.
Additional comforts include central air conditioning, an in-unit washer/dryer, an attached three-car garage, and an expansive permeable-paver motor court.
Location
Just a few miles from downtown Flagstaff's restaurants and shops, and minutes from hiking, biking, fishing, and snow sports throughout the Coconino National Forest.
Kid-Friendly Extras
High chair, Pack 'n Play, changing table, toys, and board games.
