A wonderful home base for exploring Midcoast Maine, this tree-lined property in Damariscotta offers every comfort of home in a lovely woodland setting. Serene rivers, charming villages, the rocky ocean shore - it's all at your fingertips here.
This two-story home sits a few blocks off Maine Route 1 in Damariscotta, just over two miles from the restaurants, pubs, and conveniences in the heart of town. It's an incredibly central Midcoast location, whether you're hoping to snack on lobster rolls in Wiscasset (11 miles), drive down to the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse (18 miles), or set sail from Boothbay Harbor (19 miles). There's a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to assist, a window-lined dining room where you can sit down to dinner, and a high chair and booster seat provided for your little ones.
In the evenings, kick back on the sofa and stream your favorite movies on the living room's smart TV, or retreat to one of the two desks (in the dining room and the basement) to log onto the high-speed WiFi.
