The primary suite also features a walk-in closet, TV, and newly remodeled en suite bathroom. Two additional guest bedrooms offer comfortable beds, TVs, and plenty of storage, making the home ideal for families or friends traveling together.

The well-equipped kitchen combines rustic wood cabinetry with distinctive copper countertops and includes everything you need for everyday meals, including a toaster oven, air fryer and Instant Pot. Gather around the dining area for dinner, then settle into the spacious living room with its comfortable leather sectional, wine bar, wine refrigerator, movies, and games.

When it's time to unwind, head outside. The private, fully-fenced backyard features a large shade tree overlooking the hot tub and outdoor seating area. After a day exploring Sedona's trails, there's something pretty special about relaxing beneath the tree while surrounded by the quiet beauty of Red Rock Country.

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Proof of age may be requested.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM.

• Stays of 21 nights or more require a $500 utility deposit and are subject to utility caps.

• The reservation holder must occupy the home unless approved by Casago in advance.

• Within 72 hours of booking, guests will need to provide a driver's license and complete the Casago rental agreement.

• A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap is provided.

• One dog is welcome with a $150 non refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for pet related damage and cleanup. Cats are not permitted.

• This is a smoke free property, including outdoor areas, marijuana, and vaping. A $1,000 fee may apply if smoking is detected or evidence is found.

• Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Mailbox access is unavailable.

• Routine maintenance visits may occur approximately every 30 days.
