The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen will make cooking a breeze and the private balcony with Gulf views an outdoor dining area will allow you to enjoy your meals with a view.

The golfers in the club will be thrilled! The Craft Farms and Peninsula golf courses are nine and 14 miles away respectively. For some family-friendly fun, Highway 59 is only seven miles away and it features Waterville USA, Tiki's Mini-Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. The Gulf State Park offers visitors two miles of powdery sands and the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico! There you can also find freshwater lakes where you can take a boat ride or glide along in a kayak, cycle and hike through scenic and memorable backcountry trails, and even enjoy an on-site restaurant.

The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period.
