The building located in the center-left section of the map is currently under construction, which may generate some construction noise during the day.
In addition, several condo owners are completing interior renovations. This work is permitted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and may occasionally result in daytime noise.
As shown on the map, covered parking is not yet available, and current parking is located on a compacted dirt area. However, the boulevard directly in front of the lobby is fully finished and accessible.
A wide open main room lets the sun shine in through a wall of windows. A cool ocean breeze enters from the expansive balcony.
- Two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, TV, chair, and separate private balcony. The attached private bathroom combines a walk-n shower, walk-in closet, and twin sink vanity.

- Large kitchen with a central island topped by a stove top and custom drop lights, along with bar stools. Full appliances, separate sink area, and room for washer and dryer.
