Fall asleep each evening to the sounds of the ocean! Unit 206 is the perfect second-floor unit with gorgeous views of the beautiful Carpinteria State Beach.

This comfy unit has a fully stocked kitchen with everything to create a delicious meal. There is dining for four inside and more outside on your private patio with views that go on for miles and miles.

This unit has two spacious bedrooms. The master has a California King, two bedside tables with lamps, two USB charging ports, and a ceiling fan. On the wall is a new 4k flatscreen TV with Live YouTube TV with Chromecast. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a 4k flat-screen TV on the wall with Live YouTube TV and Chromecast. This room has a ceiling fan too. The living room has a new sofa that can convert into a queen sleeper sofa. This home can sleep a maximum of 6 people.

There is a community washer/dryer in the facility and a gated parking lot. There is an outdoor full shower and foot shower near a private gate to Carpinteria beach sand. Also available is an outdoor BBQ/entertainment area for your enjoyment.

Take the Seaside Shuttle and see what is called "one of the last great beach towns." Stroll into town for a wonderful evening of dining in one of Carpinteria's fantastic restaurants, visit the Seal Rookery, relax on the sand, walk the beach or bring your surfboard and catch a wave… One of our favorite activities is to walk down to the punch bowl at low tide. There you can find tidepools, rock formations and possibly see some ocean critters.

*Winter Sand Berm: The construction of the city's winter sand berm is a strategic measure, informed by the annual tidal patterns influenced by celestial alignments. The timing of the berm's erection is determined by the specific positioning of the Earth relative to the sun and the moon, resulting in typical installation periods from early December through early to mid-March. However, these dates are subject to variation due to the dynamic nature of lunar and solar cycles, rather than arbitrary human decision-making.

For instance, historical data indicates that the berm was dismantled on March 10th, 2021, and on March 2nd in 2020. These dates exemplify the adaptation to the annual celestial shifts.

Beyond its functional purpose, the sand berm offers unique recreational opportunities. Visitors can traverse its height to enjoy an enhanced perspective of the surroundings or utilize it as an elevated seating area by placing beach chairs atop it. This year, the construction of the sand berm is scheduled for November 29th, 2023, aligning with the predicted celestial and tidal conditions.

We are excited to announce Southwest Airlines has daily direct flights from Sacrament to Santa Barbara starting June 5th, 2022. You can Uber from the airport to Carpinteria. Once you are in Carpinteria a car is not needed. Almost everything you need is within walking distance and you can have your groceries delivered with popular delivery apps available online.
