Smoky Mountain Farmhouse | Hot Tub | Porch Swings

Pour a cup of coffee, claim your favorite porch swing, and let the morning move a little slower. At Julia’s Farmhouse, the porch conversations, family dinners, and evenings in the hot tub are part of the vacation.

The front porch invites you to linger. Bring a book, sip something you love, or sit together and enjoy the country setting. When the day winds down, ease into your private hot tub for a relaxing soak.

Inside, farmhouse charm and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming place to settle in. Stretch out on the plush living room seating, pull up your favorite movie using your own streaming account, or bring everyone together for a board game. There’s room for quiet moments and a little friendly competition.

The fully equipped kitchen makes staying in easy. Cook a favorite family recipe, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, or gather around the dining table for a meal that turns into a long conversation. With a place to cook, eat, and spend time together, you can make yourself at home.

Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and soft linens offer a cozy place to end the evening. The farmhouse accommodates up to seven guests and includes two bathrooms. WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and an updated water system add comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Bring your favorite people, settle into the swing, and enjoy having a little time to spare.
