Welcome to Heartland House on Norris Lake. This is a comfortable lakefront base for family trips and group getaways, with plenty of room to gather and plenty of space to spread out.

❛❛ This lake house was just what we hoped it would be! The views are stunning and it was peaceful, comfortable and clean. Having the dock made for plenty of great swimming/floating time and we were able to take advantage of the provided kayaks for some exploring. ❜❜ (Tina)

❛❛ The house was a wonderful place to spend a few days together with our family, including our 2 grandbabies and the grand dog! :) The space was perfect for time together, and there was space to spread out when needed, too. It’s a beautiful location, and we enjoyed lots of time swimming and floating in the lake, right off the end of the dock. We also rented a boat and wave runners from the marina, which is close by. As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.

Cumberland Gap National park is 35 minutes.

We give our guests space - but we are available when you need us. We are available Monday - Saturday 9 AM - 9 PM via Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!

☑︎ Boats can be launched at Cedar Grove Marina and the Brogan TVA free launch. Both are off of Rt. 33, less than 5 minutes from the house.
☑︎ Trailer parking is available at the marina (do not bring trailers or boats to the house - it is on a dead-end street).
☑︎ There are about 100 steps to access the private dock.
☑︎ There is year-round water at the dock (but steeper access/additional steps during the off-season due to the lake being lower during this time).
☑︎ The covered slip is not available (the owner's boat is stored in it), but the dock has two uncovered slips that can be used free of charge for your boats.
☑︎ This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
