Located in the heart of Breckenridge, the Sawmill Creek Condominiums are located directly at the base of the Four O' Clock Ski Run, while the gondola, for access to Peak 7 and 8, the ski school, and ice skating, is a short walk away. Historic Main Street is only a block from this property, along with several local restaurants and entertainment options. And when you need a break from the mountain, hike to Isak the Breckenridge Troll for a selfie, check out the Frisco Nordic Center, or head to Dillon Reservoir for fun in and on the water, just a little over 12 miles from your door.

• Access to this condo from the outside of the building; there are outdoor staircases that go up the single flight if you prefer. (The entrance is located on the second level, but the patio door opens up onto ground level.)
