Effective August 9, American citizens and permanent residents of the United States who currently reside in the U.S. and who qualify as fully vaccinated travelers will be able to enter Canada for discretionary travel. To be considered "fully vaccinated," travelers must have completed the full course of vaccination with a Government of Canada-accepted vaccine at least 14 days prior to entering Canada.
This simple condo is ideal for guests seeking a retreat with mountain views and not a lot of fuss. Vintage style ski photography decorates this condo, setting the tone for what will probably be a long day of exploring the mountain. Use the minifridge to store take-out from local businesses or apres ski refreshments. The private washer/dryer will help with keeping gear and coats in top shape. Central AC keeps everyone comfortable - it's not easy enjoying a mountain view this lovely!
No matter the season, there's always something to do in Whistler! During winter, the ski lifts are only a short walk or bus trip away, via the complimentary village shuttle which stops directly outside the lodge. Select a gondola and head up to the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, the highest lift in the world at 435 meters /1,427 feet that runs guests from Blackcomb to Whistler Mountain. You'll have nearly 8,200 acres of ski runs and trails to explore during your stay. The cross-country skier will be able to enjoy over 130 km (80 miles) of trails. After a big day of activity, drop your skis off at the complimentary ski valet in the lobby. See the local scenery from above with a zipline tour from Ziptrek Encounters (home of the longest zipline in Canada and the United States), based 880 meters or just over a half-mile from the condo. Whistler Bungee offers a variety of beautiful and scenic jumps for guests to enjoy - pay them a visit at their headquarters 700 meters (just under half a mile) away. Of course, when it's time to relax after a long day on the mountain, enjoy a delicious sandwich at Hunter Gather or a gin flight at Bar Oso - both are within 500 meters (one-third mile) or the condo!

From October 1 to May 30, vehicles traveling to Whistler are required to have winter tires. A legal winter tire (on a standard passenger vehicle or a four-wheel/all-wheel vehicle) MUST have at least 3.5 mm of tread depth. A winter tire must be labeled with either of the following: the letters "M" and "S" (the minimum legal requirement for mud + snow/all season tires) OR the 3-peaked mountain/snowflake symbol. Some manufacturers label with both the mountain snowflake and the M+S symbol.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.

Parking Notes: Underground paid parking is available for guests and is located down the ramp on the right-hand side as you exit the lobby. There is pedestrian access to the Parking Garage adjacent to the vehicle access. Guests will be provided a key code at check-in that will grant them access to the parkade. Guests may park in any unreserved stall. The rate is $21 per 24 hour period (including tax) and parking can be purchased via the self service parking machine in the parkade elevator lobby. The machine accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Alternative payment methods include the mobile app PayByPhone (location 1870).
Maximum parking clearance is 6'9". If your vehicle exceeds the height maximum, the best option for parking within the resort is the privately operated, year-round underground parking underneath Whistler Town Plaza. The lot is located underneath Eagle Lodge and is accessible either via Blackcomb Way (beside the Brewhouse) or via Main Street, under the library. Maximum height is 12'2" and the rate is $30 per night (plus tax) from the self-serve machine at Town Plaza.
