This first-floor condo is located right on the edge of the Farm Neck Golf Club, a semi-private, championship course that meanders through woodlands, meadows, and seaside overlooks. Beachgoers can head south a half-mile to Joseph Sylvia State Beach or swim in the clear blue waters at Inkwell Beach just a mile north. And no visit to this area would be complete without spending time in historic Oak Bluffs with its adorable gingerbread cottages, local shops, and terrific restaurants, all just a mile-and-a-half away.

For home entertainment, this condo comes with two cable TVs. The kitchenette includes a fridge, stove, and microwave (no oven or dishwasher). Silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils are provided. In the summer months, head outside to enjoy the various on-site amenities including a shared, freshwater pool, three Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and a picnic and BBQ area.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers and a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.
