This home is located less than a mile from the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe, so summer lake activities are made easy, including access to the owners’ beach. Take the 72-mile trek around the perimeter of the lake, stopping off to grab a bite to eat, take a swim or a hike, and view stunning vistas. In the winter, Sugar Pine State Park is steps away, so you can cross-country ski on the groomed trails or snowshoe from your front door. In warmer seasons, hike on Sugar Pine’s trails down to the lake and spend a beach day next to the historic Hellman-Erhman Mansion (about a 20-minute walk). Homewood Resort is three miles away for downhill skiing and boarding. And if you need to pick up ingredients for dinner, the market is only a mile away.
