DISCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- The discount code will be attached to the Vacasa account that is linked to your email address. To use the discount code, you must book a stay at an eligible unit on Vacasa.com while logged into your account. If you do not have a Vacasa account, you must create one using the email address in Vacasa's records to be eligible to use the discount.
- The discount code is not transferable and has no cash value.
- The discount will be applied to the base nightly rent for the reservation, excluding fees and taxes.
- A discount code may only be used once per account and thereafter cannot be used for future bookings or to modify an existing booking, even if you modify or cancel a reservation you booked using the discount.
- Not all Vacasa-managed units allow discounts. The discount code may only be applied to a reservation that falls within the time period specified in the discount offer, subject to any listed blackout dates.
- The discount code is subject to blackout dates for periods of peak demand and may not be usable for stays that fall within holiday periods (for example, the week between Christmas and New Year's Day) or on holiday weekends. Properties in some markets may have additional blackout dates due to peak demand for local events. A discount code will not be applied if any part of the reservation (check-in date to check-out date) falls within a blackout date range, no matter the discount offer.
- The discount code may have an expiration date, to be determined by Vacasa.
