November 6, 2018

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Vacasa, the largest vacation rental management company in North America, with more than 10,600 homes in its portfolio, announced it has again expanded its services with the launch of Vacasa Community Association Management.

Already the leader in vacation rental property management, Vacasa launched its real estate arm, Vacasa Real Estate, in July. Vacasa Community Association Management is the latest service extension from the company, which will provide management services to vacation rental homeowners through their respective community associations.

The Vacasa Community Association Management team brings more than five decades of experience to clients, and is led by Vacasa Chief Operations Officer Bob Milne and Director of Homeowner Associations Meghan Lutterman, who carries her community association management (CAM) and certified manager of community associations (CMCA) licenses. Milne and Lutterman are supported by a team of highly experienced association management professionals across the country, specializing in operations, asset management, legal and finance.

“As Vacasa continues to expand throughout the U.S. and internationally, our local teams are connecting with homeowners who are expressing needs they have surrounding not only their own vacation rentals, but also those in their communities,” said Milne. “With association management expertise already part of our arsenal, we decided it was time to formally extend this service to our valued customers.”

Vacasa Community Association Management will provide a full suite of association management services including administrative, accounting, debt management and site management, providing a 360-degree solution for vacation rental homeowners. Vacasa Community Association Management currently operates in McCall, Idaho; Keystone and Dillon, Colo.; and Jaco, Costa Rica, and is expanding into markets where Vacasa manages its 10,600 properties.

“Vacasa has done a tremendous job managing our vacation rental property, so it was an obvious choice when they proposed community association management services to our board,” said Julien Rembert, board president of Coco Bay Estates in Costa Rica. “Now we can rest easy knowing everything is taken care of under one company, whose expertise in the vacation rental space is unmatched in the industry.”
