When you first download the app, you’ll need to log in just once to get started, using the same username and password as your Vacasa homeowner account.
After that, you’ll stay automatically logged in and won’t have to enter your password each time you open the app. (But for security, note that an extra login is required before you view any financial information, like taxes.)
You’ll see that the app includes some convenient features only available on mobile devices. For instance, we’re excited to give you the option to receive push notifications, so you get instant updates on new bookings and other activity at your home.
Of course, some parts of the app (like the booking calendar) are intended to match your online account—so you can access the same info whether you’re at home or on the go.
In the Account tab, you can access your past statements and tax information, just like in your online account. For extra security, you’ll have to enter your username and password one more time to view this sensitive information.
The Dashboard tab is your go-to place for quick stats. It lists the next four stays at your home, and highlights the number of nights booked by guests and by you for the current month.
It also shows your revenue for each month of the year, with the option to compare to the previous year. (If you’re new to Vacasa, you’ll see your year-over-year comparison once you hit your second year with us.)
Yes, just check the Calendar tab to see your rate for every night. (Make sure to toggle the calendar to Rates instead of Reservations.) If you’re using our dynamic pricing, the calendar will reflect your home’s current rates each time you open the app. And if you don’t use dynamic pricing, your rates will stay the same—but they’re always there in case you want to take a look.
Of course. Go to the Calendar tab to book a stay at your home with just a few taps. You can even add your trip to your iCal or Google calendar right from the app.
If you have an iPhone, you’ll be prompted to opt into push notifications when you first use the app. When you choose to allow notifications, they’ll automatically turn on. If you have an Android, you won’t receive this prompt, but rest assured that notifications are already turned on.
