View from the cabin is awesome. Everything in the cabin and the customer service is also very great, except that the flow of the shower on the second floor's bathroom is a little bit small.

Absolutely gorgeous views that just put you straight into vacation mode. Each balcony provided great views. The table and chairs on the main floor balcony were so nice to sit in and just take in the Smoky Mountains. This cabin is part of a resort of sorts and it seemed like voices/noises carried very easily from the surrounding cabins. The beds were okay but not the most comfortable and the pillows were rather flat. Loved that there were nightlights on each floor to help see near the stairs. The internet worked great and the tvs were great. Enough parking for three vehicles, no problem. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Decent amount of items in the kitchen to use for cooking. We had issues with the cabin being cleaned upon arrival and hot tub issues. Trying to get anything done seemed near impossible and we were not able to enjoy the hot tub until the last night due to horrible communication. Even when trying to get our problems addressed, it seemed like I was going in circles. After being home one day, a local manager called me and apologized for everything and offered a partial refund for us not being able to use all the amenities stated and the sole reason we booked this particular rental. Recommend the cabin, but not so sure about the Vacasa rental company.

Really enjoyed staying at Misty Mountain! Even though other cabins were pretty close, it still felt like you were staying in your own little piece of the Smoky Mountains. Everything was very clean, and I am the type of person who notices dirt in cracks if they are to be found! Didn’t find any here. My only complaint, and it is a very small one, would be the location of the pool table. It was close to many obstacles where you had to use the short stick 50% of the time, but the short stick no longer had a tip on it. Other than this very minor issue, this will be our preferred cabin to stay in from now on!

Another aspect unique to The Preserve Resort rentals is that these cabin rentals are closer to Cades Cove than any other Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg resort, just 14 miles from the Townsend Entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Even closer are the attractions and amusements along The Parkway in Pigeon Forge, from shopping, dining, and live shows to roller coasters, amusement park rides and the Great Smoky Mountains Wheel.
