The house is very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works great! It is in a great location for visiting Austin. The host is very nice and responsive. We were so grateful when he allowed us to check in early because our previous location had a broken air conditioner. We were so happy to escape the Texas heat. It has a lovely fenced in back yard with a covered patio. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This property is an organic oasis in in the middle of the south Austin suburb. The Writing Barn is one of a number of houses on this property and is quite cute. Looks like a great place to hold a class or gathering. We enjoyed our stay and there are plenty of business near by for eating, groceries an more. Being organic, they do not control bugs so you may see some both outside and inside.
