We loved the charm of this home. We chose it primarily for the outside area and the proximity to friends in and around Miami. It was a nice, quiet area but very convenient to the interstate. The home is old but it was nicely restored and was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we enjoyed the pool.

I am giving this house a 5 because of the Record Rainfall that occurred in Fort Lauderdale on April 12/13th.
New York Times Reported: Storms are a way of life in South Florida, but more than 25 inches of rain fell at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport over a 24-hour period, according to a preliminary estimate released by the National Weather Service.
The house did not leak nor did it flood. The housekeeper was still there when we arrived getting last minute things done. Which was "ok" in our eyes. The ancient AC needed some love at the end of the trip but was handled appropriately by Vacasa. Only suggestion would to just leave more than 2 rolls of toliet paper, some extra trash bags and some dishwasher tabs. :)

Aside from the dryer not working, everything about this house was great. Our family enjoyed our stay!
