Recent Fire Island, NY vacation rental reviews

The location, the roomy deck and the spaciousness for a group. Fire Island itself is a very special place, especially during this off season time.
Katie K. | Oct 2022
Our bungalow was clean and well-equipped and a short walk from the beach, restaurants and a food market. Communication was great and check-in was easy. Will probably rent this or a similar unit again when the weather is warmer, as it was a little on the chilly side in October.

Loved the decor. Layout. So esthetically pleasing and comfortable. Enjoyed the bicycles and outdoor showers. Great location. Close to the corner store and restaurants too

Where are our Fire Island beach house rentals?

A little over 60 miles east of New York City, Fire Island sits right offshore from Long Island, separated from it by the Great South Bay. To get to Fire Island, you’ll have to take the ferry: cars aren’t allowed on the island’s mostly residential 32 miles. The lack of cars makes for an extraordinarily laid-back and friendly atmosphere, as locals and vacation rental guests embrace a slower pace of life.
