Very peaceful environment. The home was nice and spacious and very comfortable for our family. My son loved being able to fish right off the dock. Close to several good restaurants and CVS.

After informing the team about my findings of a roach and spider in two separate messages, I was asked if I needed someone to come out which I responded No. Instead of having some come out I asked for complimentary late check out, which I felt was a small ask. After receiving my first email about paying for late check out, I asked for complimentary check out due to my findings. I didn't get a response. I followed up after receiving the 2nd email regarding paying for late check out. I was told it wasn't available. This I found to be a falicy as I had received multiple emails telling me it was. I was then told it was only available for a limited time. That limited time I assume was the time between the first and second email which is when I made my request which was never responded to. I was excited to for the weekend due to the communications before arriving but, was disappointed shortly there after.

Cute, clean. Fully stocked kitchen, but DW didn't work and no plug for the sink so impossible to do dishes. Nice breeze but couldn't open the windows. Location is great. I reached out a couple times for help but no one helped with my issues or questions.
