Killington, Pico, and Okemo mountains are about 30 to 40 minutes to the west of Pomfret and offer more advanced skiing terrain during the winter months, along with Saskadena Six mountain biking and hiking in the summer. You will also be near Appalachian trails, which outdoor enthusiasts will love.
