Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway. Additional street parking in front of the unit may also be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The beach is accessible via a long set of stairs leading from the back of the rental.

This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large or noisy groups. All outdoor activities must be moved inside by 10pm.

Shoes are not permitted inside the rental.

This rental does not have air-conditioning.
